Encomiums as Lateef Adedimeji wins ‘Best African Male Actor' award

The floodgate of congratulations and encomiums have poured from fans and associates of Lateef Adedimeji who bagged ‘Best African Male Actor of the Year’ award

The actor won the best actor award for his lead role in the movie, Ayinla at the recently held Hospitality Asia Platinum Award, HAPA.

Ayinla is a film that tells the story of Nigerian musician, late Ayinla Omowura who used Apala music to address issues of the contemporary society as well as eulogizing and criticizing various governmental and individual acts.

Lateef Adedimeji assumed the role of Ayinla, starring alongside Omowumi Dada, Bimbo Manuel, Ade Laoye, Kunle Afolayan, Bimbo Ademoye amongst others.
